At Hayah Threads, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please read our Returns & Exchanges policy below.

Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or custom-stitched items, underwear, and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
